PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. PANSTUDIO is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at oldpanor@gmail.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
